problems with 2004 neon, ultra starter

"Heres the problem....I have a manual car , i have the ebrake , door and brake pedal wired in ..all work as it triggers the "SET"  pull ebrake, pump brake twice ...then turn key off car remains running exit car an close door and it shuts off. ... press the start button right away or with in 30 seconds it starts and runs the whole 15 mins no prob...can keep shutting off and restarting  90 percent  of the time...but if i let it sit for a few min's it will..kick on the fan , radio , u can here the fuel pump kick on and then it will just wine away on the starter but nothing will start...   put the key in clutch it and it will start right up ...    any ideas?"

2004 Dodge Neon SXT  5speed

AST Ultra Starter 1270 M

Power  Red and Pink/black

Ing 1 Blue wire..

ass 1 BLACK/ white

ass 2 black / orange

starter...Im running out to the starter direct to bypass clutch

Im using an Omega pass 4 bypass with ring ....but tryed a newer loop that use's wire wrapped around cylinder..

Observe the small red dot in the dashboard, which is the security light.
Wnen you get a failed remote start, does the light come on steady and go out like it should, or is it flashing?
Alternately, temporarily unplug the bypass module, and simply leave the key in the ignition. (Obviously you wouldn't do this every day, just for testing.)
If the remote starter works reliably with the key in the ignition, then you know you have to go back and work on your bypass some more.
On the other hand, if the key in the ignition doesn't fix it, the problem must be somewhere else.

Do i just put the key in or do i have to turn it aswell?   i had the light a few times ..but im not having it anymore after switching to the wire wrapped around the cylinder....so what other problems do u think i could have ? ....i see some charts say the black / orange wire  as ing 2  and ass how is that ?

just put the key in, and unplug ur bypass and the perform ur remote start,

still having the issue with the key in no transponder bypass on
