07 sedona automated side doors

I installed a 07 Kia Sedona Minivan with automated side sliding doors.
I used a Scytek Precision 2210 and an XK01 programed with KIADL2 3.00 firmware.
The XK01 is doing the door locks, key bypass, and sliding door automation.
The sliding doors work fine, but not while the vehicle is remote started or started with the key.
I have used a relay to break the blue ignition switched wire in the drivers kick, but it did not help.
Do I skip using the bypass and connect directly to the van for door automation?
If so where is the best (easiest) place to find the correct wires?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There's more than one blue ignition wire down there in the kick panel.
If the one you interrupted didn't fix the problem, try putting it back together and interrupt the other one instead.
