I have a 1998 grand jeep cherokoe it came with a avital start 4000 alarm system and the battery went dead, put a new battery in and now the program is gone. Can anyone give me instructions how to program back the remote control. ty

if its like the 4100 or the 4103 then turn the key on and off within 10 seconds press the programming switch once then again and hold the switch the led should flash once confirming option 1 then using the remote press the lock button do this for both remotes
