You have a Rev polarity circut. (5 wire hook up)    You will need two relays  _ tape them together

You will put 12v on 86 and 87 on both relays---- you will put the lock out of the alarm to 85 on one relay and unlock to the other 85 on the 2nd relay.....     Now find you lock wire in the drivers kick panel  orange with a purple stripe... cut that wire in half  take the wire going to the switch (going towards the drivers door) to 87a on the relay that you put the lock wire coming from the alarm, and put the otherside of the wire you cut to 30 on the same relay..   Now find the unlock wire  pink with a purple stripe..will also be in the drivers side kick...  cut that wire in half and do the samr for the other side.. you might want to test the wires and make sure the swich side goes to the 87a     Hope this helps
