Lookin for some help!!

2008 Honda CRV.
I installed a python 991 with a canmax400 connected D2D. Everything appears to be working correctly, lt will lock and unlock the doors but it doesnt remote start. when I press the remote start button it looks like it going to start, the dash lights come on but it doesnt crank. the remote indicates that it is starting. It does this 3 times then gives a remote start error. I never see 12 volts on the green and purple wires from the Python which feed the starter wire in the vehicle. It seems like the canmax400 isnt overiding the immobilzer. The canmax400 initialized ok after install (Red Light On, Turn On Key and Green turns On for 3 Sec.). During remote start the green led on the the canmax400 is flashing on and off at a 1 second interval.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

bb

if it doesnt crank at all, its not an immobilizer problem. looks like you have the starter kill installed the wrong way.

The green wire goes towards the ignition switch and the violet wire goes away from the ignition switch (towards the car).
As i mentioned in previous post, neither of these wires has 12 volts on it during remote start
