I'm going to assume they have magnetic ballasts? It's a known issue that they interfere with fm reception...

Unfortunately the only fix that I know of is to remove them. It doesn't mean you have to get rid of your hid's, just need to use some digital ballasts instead.

Adjust the intensity of your dash lights.  Does the noise change pitch in relation to the brightness of the lamps?

well that was my other question that if any body know how u adjuster the back light on is head unit? I don't think that will make any different cause soon as i turn on my head light static sound start coming out of the speakers. sound like radio antenna is not getting power losing signal. If i turn on my light first click when my side light turn on not head light i don't get that sound if i turn on fog light sound comeback. I think x1le is right.or may be i should change the ground......let me know that do u think??

It is one of 2 things.  Either the HIDs power supply, or the pulse Width modulated power supply of your dash lights.  Not the display of your radio.  I fugured that if this happened just after the HID install you would have said that in your post.   Do you know how to dim the dash lights?
