does either of the remotes come programmed?im not understanding how to gey into the program screen on the 2 way remote

They both should come programmed.

havent seen a viper or any dei system come pre programmed ever.

you have to follow a small segment to get into remote pairing mode on the controls first.

read the small paragraph before learning how to add a transmitter. it will indicate how to set it up.

Ted are you sure? All the dei units come pre-programmed unless they're refurbished!
