this is the information on my car starter

model ps-2600

canada 2678  122 309a

version 2.3-234

fcc  id   nah  800r

I'm trying to track down whatever information I can on this unit, but it seems pretty elusive. The date on the brain is 1998 so it's obviously old. From what I've been reading, I guess it's a polar start. I just can't seem to find any info on it anywhere let alone finding a key fob for it. Is there anyway to program a remote that is not specifically for this model? Or does it have something to do with frequency? I'm also assuming that there is already a bypass module somewhere in this van? Or no?

Thanks in advance

Also never make assumptions, less time and trouble to bin it.
