I have a Viper 5902 installed in my 08 Super Duty, Love the system. Problem I am having is when you push the toggle switch in on the remote to access the main menu it does nothing. I sent the remote in to the person I bought the system from and they sent me a new one, this one worked twice and now does the same thing. Everything else on the remote works you just cannot get to the main menu, instructions say to hold the button in for 3 seconds, use to work now doesnt. Any ideas? I have no one in my area that sells these systems so no one to go to for info. Thanks in advance, Mike

Are you referring to the toggle switch or a button on the remote?
