Hi, I am having issues installing the Viper 5501 with the PKALL (SW Version 4.01) in my 2009 Camry SE V6. The following is my wiring for the 2 units:

Chassis Ground         H1/5, H2/18
EA1 Pin # Wire color Function
  5 Green Defogger (Diode)   H2/16 (Program) Blue/White
E23 (Ignition SW) Pin # Wire color Function     Wire Color
  1 Pink IG 1   H3/6 Pink/White
  2 White ACC   H3/3 Orange
  3 Gray ST 1   Relay 30
  4 Orange AM 1   H1/2 and relay power (87, 86) RED / Black
  5 Black AM2   H3/2, H3,5, H3/8 RED / White, Red, RED / Black
  6 Yellow IG 2   H3/1 Pink
  7 Blue ST 2   H3/4 Violet
EN2 13 Blue Left Door Trigger (-) (Diode)   H1/8 Green
  17 White Trunk (-) (Diode)   H1/1 RED / White
IE2 15 Purple Power Lock   Door lock 3 Pin Harness Pin 1 Blue
7 Green Power Unlock   Door lock 3 Pin Harness Pin 3 Green
16 Brown Alarm Arm   H2/3 GREEN / WHITE
  8 Gray Alarm Disarm   H2/1 GREEN/ Black
E21(Light Control SW) 18 Black Parking Lights (Diode)   H1/11 White
AE2 2 Red Hood Pin (-)   H2/15 (Program) Gray
9 Blue to White Brake Sw (+)   H2/17  Brown
AE5 9 Black Tachmeter   H2/9 (Program) Violet/White
1D 11 BLACK/ White Horn Trigger (-) (Diode)   H1/3 Brown
Relay 85   Second Starter Output   H2/13 Purple
Key Sense E25 Pin # Wire color Function PKALL Wire color
1 Blue KSW Key Sense Blue/White
Engine Immobiliser
4 Brown RX Data In (Pin 1) PURPLE / White
5 Red TX Data Out (Pin 2) Yellow/Black
        Run Status (Pin 3) Blue/White 5501 H2/10 (Dark Blue)

After connecting and checking all the wires, I connected the PKALL unit to the Viper according to the instructions but the PKALL LED stay solid and I am unable to program any system features for the Viper and none of the functions (ie: doors, trunk release etc.) will operate.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

PKALL is TB bypass only.... does not do locks, etc....

i use PKALL all the time on Toyotas with no issues at all....... i do know you have to be real quick getting that second plug in before the LED comes on... otherwise you have to unplug and try again... i seat the second plug in the connector without pushing it all the way in, then plug in the power plug and quickly shove in the second harness... then when the LEd comes on release the button and sluide in a key.... works fine for me every time.....

Thanks! I am able to get the remote start to work with your suggestion.

I am still having problems:

1) The driver door unlocks after the car starts.

2) The Horn does not sound and the Parking lights does not come after remote start.

3) Not able to use the Viper remote to un-lock or lock doors and open the trunk after the car starts.

I used diodes for the connections to the door, trunk, horn and parking light.  I am going to remove them to see if hat will make a difference.

Let me know if Iam on the right track.

Thanks!!
