Ok so I just bought a set of 2 door power door locks from www.spalusa.com. My question is how do I hook these to the viper? The GREEN is (-) LOCK (+) UNLOCK OUTPUT and the BLUE is (+) LOCK (-) UNLOCK OUTPUT for the Viper as you all know. The Spal is PURPLE to LOCK (-) and BROWN to UNLOCK (-) Any input is appreciated.

The 5901 no longer has flip flop outputs, it's straight negative.

Ok so then If thats true then do I need the relays? Why can I not just splice right into the wire?

I just re-read your OP, then the wires you were reffering to were trigger wires, then yes you can splice right into them.

Ok so I would hook the purple lock (-) wire from the spal to the green lock (-) on the viper and the brown unlock (-) to the blue unlock (-) wire to the viper then correct?

Or a 451 plugged into the white lock socket on the 5901. Or you should have brought the spals with their dedicated lock relay.

Ok but the direct connect will work? If I have to do relays I wil but I want to stay away because I have to order them...
