1997 accord 530t wiring

I have a 1997 accord se im wiring the 530t but im having issues with the master driver window not working. The switch has a factory auto down. So how would i wire it and to what wires for the 530t to work with my alarm.?

Make you connections for the drivers window... AT THE MOTOR.  That will be after the switch, and not affected by the factory auto/down circuit.

In fact to make it work as per spec, one touch up and down from ALL switches, always go to EACH pair of motor wires at the motor.
