This from Todd at Autostarts and more.:
Hi, took a couple days to find the manual, to program new remote
1. with engine off and key in off position, OPEN HOOD
2. within 20 seconds of opening the hood, turn ignition on and then off 4 times slowly, parking lights should turn on.
3. press button 1 on remote, the paring lights should go out if remote was programmed.
4. close hood.
5. to exit press button 1 again and parking lights
will flash twice. if it doesnt work check the hood pin switch, sometimes they
get rusty and wont make connection, if hood pin is shot then just ground the
wire that goes to the pin switch to metal for programming the remote the
unground when done.
