In the download section "Viper 5902 Installation Guide" Uploaded by Howie just last month.

In the programming guide Page 17 it lists the Status 2 Output as the "Dark blue H2/10 wire"

As far as I can tell the H2/10 is just the "Status Output" wire & the the "status 2 wire" is the (Blue/White H2/16)

Am I missing something here?

It wouldn't be the first time a Manual was not proof read enough and didn't have mistakes in it. After all, their Quality Control is the Customer! But I believe you ae correct.

Nope, you are correct , it is a typo. It is wrong in the newer 5701 Install guide, too.

H2/10 Dark Blue is (-) Status Output is Status Out only. . AKA Ground Out While Running, GWR, etc.

H2/16 Blue/White < size=1 face=Futura-Book>< size=1 face=Futura-Book>(-) 200mA 2ND STATUS /REAR DEFOGGER OUTPUT is a programmable output. Default is a basic GWR signal just like H2/10. Menu 3, Item 11 controls this wire.

Remember these Vipers manuals are written for the factory trained DEI installation tech......
