Hello all!

I just bought a Lincoln town car 1977. One of the previous owners installed some kind of tracking system (the seller told me) or is it just an alarm??. It´s called Invisibeam perimeter detection. The only numbers I find on the box is 000005668 and a date 01/05/90. I want to remove it and need a wiring diagram. Anyone know if its still possible to get? I googled of course but came up with nothing.

Definitely not a tracking system, more likely a talking alarm, no idea what make, just follow the wiring to remove.

There really isnt anything available... Follow ALL the wires and Dis-connect them at their source and fix where it was attached... Even with the Install Manual, there arent directions to de-install...

If it's an original Invsabeam system, with voice warning, it's worth a few dollars.

Make sure you get all the components of the system, try not to leave anything from the system in the vehicle.

Do you have invisabeam remotes for the system?  You may have a add on, or complete alarm w/ single or dual voice.  Did you ever hear it talk?

The problem would be to make it work without remotes and working, it's unlikely you will be able to get spares parts.
Being having this problem for the last 10 years with the Clifford Concept 50 and 50X, a Europe only unit that came out around 1992. We just rip them out and replace with newer units.

There is a remote. Everytime I cut the power (like remove the battery)  a red aftermarket lamp starts to blink on the dashboard and I need to deactivate it in order for the car to start.
