I bought two remaned Viper 5704. I attempted the install on my 2002 Dodge Stratus 2.4 Sedan first. The car has no chip or anything in key we use the 2 dollar copies all the time. No oem alarm either. I wired up everything for the remote start first and tried it before soldering the connections. I got the remote start out of manual mode and learned the tach which I wired in instead of using virtual tach. Now when I hit the remote start it says it is running on the remote but the car does not start. I hear the module try to start it three times or so but nothing. The car will however still start with the key. I tried switching the module antenna and remotes to the second one I bought, but the company never paired the remotes to the system so even if I try to ground pulse the H2/21 wire to bypass is it gives me the seven flashes for being in manual mode. Someone please help, maybe I just made a simple error in wiring, this is my first install. I wanted to post a link of the wiring diagram i used but can not find it.

Here is the H3 harness :

Remote Start

H3/1 Pink Ignition 1 Input/Output ->               Blue Ignition1 wire
H3/2 RED / White Fused (30A) Ignition 2 / Flex relay  ->       Tap to Pink/Black const 12v
H3/3 Orange Accessory Output ->    Tap to BLACK/ Orange Accessory wire
H3/4 Violet Starter Output (Car side of the crank wire) ->    Cut yellow Starter wire and connect on the car side of the yellow wire
H3/5 Green Starter Input (Key side of the crank wire) ->     Already cut yellow wire connect on the key side of the wire
H3/6 Red Fused (30A) Ignition 1 Input ->     Tap to const 12V Pink/Black wire
H3/7 Pink/White Ignition 2 / Flex Relay Output ->         GREEN/ Red Ignition2    Set Viper to IGN2 ( Menu 3, Item 8, Opt 1  default )
H3/8 Pink/Black Flex Relay Input 87A             Not Used
H3/9 RED / Black Fuse (30A) Accessory/Starter Input ->       Tap to const 12V pink/black wire

Here is a note on the Igniton2 wire from Bulldog Security :

GREEN/ RED (+) (20 Gauge wire, 1 of 2, use the one that tests as Ignition)

There should also be a Red +12V constant wire at the ignition harness to use and split-up the load.

For the door locks, use a DEI 451M module ( under $10 ).  It comes with the resistors needed for your one-wire door lock system.

The Brake wire should be connected before attempting a remote start.

H2/16 Brown (+) Brake Shutdown Input ->  WHITE/ TAN  @ SWITCH ABOVE BRAKE PEDAL

Soldering is fun!

Hello, I am attemping to install a remote start on a 2002 Dodge Stratus, I have evrything connected (out of the vehicle) but I can't find a pkch1 bypass module anywhere, is there a substitute bypass module that does not require giving up a key nor downloading firmware?
If not, where can I buy a module with the right firmware pre-loaded and ready to use?
Millenium Chevy Impala.
