I need help with my vital 4103L install on my 94 corolla. I hook all the wires up, even the tach wire but it won't start. I researched to see if I need any addition modules but everything said no, unless i missed something. What am I missing? It unlocks and locks, just won't start.

Immobiliser by-pass?
List what you've wired to where.

Try the R/S with the key in the ignition, how have you connected the wires, solder, T -taps?
Auto or manual transmission?
Where's your ground point and have you measured voltage between there and your inputs?
The R/S should click a number of times after a failed start, count the clicks.
Did you program tach?

And don't try to tell me you've done the programming, have you not connected door triggers on this unit?

Delete my last comment, you said ALARM and it isn't an alarm BUT, you've got a second ignition to connect up and yes for some reason I was thinking 04 not 94 so yes, no by-pass needed.

My bad, it's not an alarm just remote start and keyless entry.
solder the connections
auto transmission
the ground is screwed to the car. close to where there was a ground already. I did not measure the voltage between the ground and inputs.
Once I lock the doors and attempt the remote start, nothing happens. no clicks or anything. But when I try to unlock the doors, it clicks twice.
I followed the steps in the instructions on programming the tach. Turn the car on, press the valet button within 5 seconds for 3 seconds until the programming light turns solid then let go. once light turns off it is programmed.
Also I have the tach connected to the diagnose plug under the hood.

That's fine, test for the second ignition and wire it to your pink white.
