Looking to install a 2-Way remote alarm on my 2014 Mercedes Sprinter. I'm not interested in doing remote start. I'm confused by much of the information I've come across. iDatalink and xpresskit don't list anything compatible with my vehicle year (2014) only 2013. Looking to go with Compustar. Any suggestions on what i'll need to install? Thanks

So easy, use your unit with a DB-ALL2 flash by changing the Xpresskit status to EU.
I've done loads of them, 12V+, siren, ground, hood switch needed though, and 2 CAN wires, job done.
Do NOT mount a dual zone prox, you have to place it so high that it's constantly triggering.
Starter cut is a thick violet/black in the engine bay loom adjacent to the entry grommet, don't attempt at the ignition, all CAN and you will throw DTC.

Thanks for the response Howie. I was hoping you'd see my post as I've read your response on the other 2014 Sprinter thread.
