Car is a 2007 Toyota Camry SE 4 cylinder. I used an Avital 4103LX and an idatalink ADS-TB bypass module. Everything functions as it should, except for the brake lights. I've done quite a few installs and I always solder all of my connections.
I know the brake switch is working because the remote start shuts off when the brake is applied without the key in the ignition. All the bulbs are good. While checking for wires, I did blow the stop fuse. I replaced it but the problem still persists.
The guy needs his car back asap. I'm about to go out and clip the brake input wire to the remote start but I don't think that will make a difference. Anyone have any recommendations?

Did you check all the fuses in the car? Most likely there is another blown fuse somewhere !
