I have a Ford Taurus 2013 with pts and a factory remote starter. I installed a aftermarket alarm with remote start also (Rs-1000 with a c3 module). The alarm features work [doors, siren, trunk, sennsors, and horn]. when I issue the remote command via the app or the aftermarket remote the car will not start. It says that its started on the app and remote but the car is not started. please let me know what am i doing wrong.

BTW: IVE tripple checked all wiring, voltage and programming with no luck. I have 2 years left on my c3 service and want to use this alarm. plus all of the money that i have invested.

Factory remote start still works fine.
