Installed viper 5706 on 04 Toyota tundra. Everything works great. Lock unlock no problems. Big issue, after activating alarm wait Ike 30 seconds remote start and the anti theft system goes off. Starts honking and lights flash. Vehicle starts and its honking away. turn alarm off, stays on and anti theft also off. What did I miss? How do I deactivate anti theft after remote start? I think that's what's happening. Help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Sending a negative to the keysense wire on this vehicle before remote start should disarm the factory alarm or you can program unlock before start and lock after start ? Someone with more experience with this vehicle can give their two cents ? Kreg ?

Yes, that's the issue.  If your Tundra has the Factory Alarm system, a Unlock will unlock the doors and disarm the Factory

Alarm.  A Lock will lock the doors and arm the Factory Alarm.  So you are good to go there.  However, with a remote
start, rather than doing an "Unlock before and a lock after", you can connect the Vipers (-) Status Output wire to the trucks'
Keysense wire.  If you are using the Dark Blue (-) Status Output wire for something else ( bypass module ), you can use
the Blue/White 2nd Status Ouput wire for this purpose.  Here is the info on the Keysense wire from ReadyRemote :

Keysense       YELLOW /GREEN (-)     @ ignition key switch, white 2 pin plug, pin 2
