09 pontiac g5 remote start -- posted image.
HavING some trouble getting to remote start. It doesn't even try the sequence. I'm using a dball2 which I hopefully have programmed correctly. With a avital 4103. Do far everything works but the remote start. I'm able to unlock/lock. Parking lights work. Trunk will even pop. The only thing is it won't go into remote start. I remember having this problem with my 09 edge using an avital and I had forgotten to learn the tach signal. So I made sure to learn the tach on this car. I'm learning it through the d2d mode and the 4103 does give me a solid led saying to got the signal even though it doesnt give me parking light flash to confirm, only led. I could run the tach wire into the engine bay off the injector if I need to. I even tried to program the setting to use the tach vs the virtual tach. Since I don't have a bitwriter I'm not sure Ive got the correct selection. I included the pic only so I don't have to tell everyone what wire goes where as I've followed the pic pretry well. All bUT the + 12v is a soldered connection. I like to leave the +12v on a tap for quick disconnecting if needed. I'm sure ive just missed something in the programming or some wire that's not in the pic that might need to be hooked up. Any help you guys can give would really be appreciated.

Forgot to mention I did do the programming type 1 with the key and I got a solid green. The only other thing I can think of was that I was in question about was the rap off on the dball BLACK/ white wire. I hooked that up to left front door trigger on the 72 pin at the bcm. In the direction it really doesn't say exactly what the wire does, what I think it does is its to turn off/on acc for the radio?

Ok so I'm a freaking idiot! After looking at other post with other avitals I seen you have to have the neutral safety switch grounded. So I just grounded it with a clamp to test and sure as crap the darn thing fired right up. After checking every single connection with omh meter and looking over the direction for a 5th time. All that and it was the neutral safety wire. Omg!!
