Viper 4706V & Dball2 on GX470 factory alarm?

This was originally asked to Howie, so I figure I would post this to the main forum so others can see the issue aswell. Any inputs is greatly appreciated. Thank you. Howie, I have installed this on a 07 lexus gx470 sometime back. i am experiencing from time to time that the vehicle's factory alarm goes off during remote start, it will not shutdown the factory alarm upon RS. According to the dball2's features and options, it will not handle that feature (see picture below). On the diagram for dball2, it states to hook up the keysense wire though? So I am assuming that is just for the programming purposes? However I did that hookup the Status output wire from the RS unit to any wires in the car. Was I suppose to hook it up to the keysense wire aswell? And if so, is it possible to hook the keysense wire from the dball2 and the status output wire from the remote start to the keysense wire of the car? Please advise, thank you.
