Hi all,
Im doing the remote start on my 06 H3 and I am stumped on this final wire.
Where in the world does the wire circled actually go to? it says Ignition of car or remote start unit.. but there's like 3. and if I run it to ignition of car, its just like bypassing the relay isnt it?

Any help would be appreciated.

It goes to the H3's Ignition wire, which is WHITE/ Green. It could also go the the R/S's thick Ignition 1 output wire,
which connects to the H3's WHITE/ Green Ignition 1 wire.   Photo below :

The relay won't be on all the time because it is also controlled by the R/S's (-) Status Output wire ( aka GWR ).
Soldering is fun!

wow, that was the most helpful response I've ever gotten on a message board in my 30+ years of life.
Thank you so much kreg357. That was exactly what I needed.

Thanks again for your help. One more thing.
When I click lock on the viper remote, it locks all the doors. But the unlock on the remote doesn't do anything lock wise, but I hear the alarm disarm.
What did I do wrong?
