What methods have you tried to program the remotes?, what color is the led if it’s blue and not green getting a replacement might be hard, what does the receiver have on it Xr or nr? Does the remote have 3 2016 batteries?
The sure fire way to program the remote is to flip the 8 dip switch up to on and activate the brake pedal with vehicle off. Note all other dip switches should be in off position. Once it is pressed and released push any button on the remote if the led on the brain flashes it programmed if you have more than on remote all must be programmed at this time, after all remotes are programmed. Move dip switch back to off and apply brake again to close it out of program mode, if the recievier and antenna wire are good this should work.

Ive tried the method of cycling the key on and off as well as the method using the dip switch. It does have the three batteries in the remote and the led on the remote is green.
