Viper 5706
2004 Ford Explorer
directed DB3 Bypass
I know I have a setting wrong in the Viper programming but I'm having a hard time finding it - when I remote start the truck it'll unlock the doors, start the engine, then lock the doors. So theoretically if someone is standing next to the car when I hit the button they can hop in before the lock trigger clicks.
I have remote start safelock on
I have oem alarm disarm output set to with unlock
What am I missing here?

turn off safelock.. On some cars like honda and toyota, you need to unlock the car (disarm oem alarm), start car, and relock. The chance of a criminal standing next to the car when it unlocks /starts / relocks is slim.
