This seems like extra work for a module that only provides tach and brake outputs (for your vehicle) in addition to the immobilizer. Either way, here's what I gather looking at the manual:
H1/5 and H1/6 are not used.
I'm not sure I understand what you mean by auto light, but H1/8 and H1/9 are for the immobilizer (same as H2/10 and H2/11). Connect H1/8 with H2/10 and connect it to the connector side of the blue/orange wire at pin 11 of the EMS connector (this factory wire will be cut). Connect H1/9 with H2/11 and connect it to the other side of the blue/orange wire at pin 11 of the EMS connector.
If you don't want to run a wire under the hood for the tach connection, connect the H2/5 wire (violet/white) to the tach input on your Viper. All other wires in the H2 harness are not used for your vehicle.
H3/1, H3/2 and H3/3 are not used for your vehicle. The lock outputs from the Viper need to be connected directly to the vehicle wires listed on page 10 of the DB3 manual (pins 15 and 16 at the BCM).
My ex once told me I have a perfect face for radio.

You must use the XKLoader to program the module first with the correct firmware and then program in the vehicle.
