It's a Polar Start PS-2805. They are distributed by Automobility in Quebec. Try contacting them to locate a dealer. Those systems haven't been used for many years so parts may no longer be available. You would be better off buying a new remote starter as that one is probably near it's life expectancy.

Contact canadakeyfob on eBay. They will be able to help you with replacement fob(s).

There are no current systems that are a plug and play replacement. AutoStart units are similar and some of the wire colors are the same, but you would need to redo quite a few connections. Remote starters generally have a life expectancy of no more than 10 years. Your system is probably about 15 years old. It's your decision to try and acquire a new remote, but I would recommend spending the extra money on a new system. It depends on how long you expect to keep the vehicle.

I have an AutoStart AS-1200 that would wire up just about the same, as it seems to be manufactured by the same company. Never been installed. Transmitter has only 2 buttons though, not 5. I could ship it out for $40US. Message me if you need it.Outdated Old Car Starter -- posted image.
