Hello, everyone.
I have an issue with my remote starter, I installed a Viper 5303V remote start alarm system, with Evo-all bypass module on my 2010 Chevy Malibu. Everything is working perfectly excepts that, every time that I remote start the vehicle with the alarm activated, the vehicle starts and it runs its time, but when the remote start time expires and the vehicle shuts off it immediately triggers the alarm. What could be causing this issue??? hope someone can help me with this issue as its driving me crazy. thank you.

Do the "Long Term Event History" to see what is triggering the alarm. (It's the Viper alarm that's being triggered, and not the factory alarm, right?) If the door trigger is identified (three flashes), see if it's pulsed to ground when the remote start shuts down.
If you're connected wire-to-wire, disconnect the door status wire from the Fortin. Connect the Viper door trigger directly to the vehicle.
Do a remote start and shutdown and see if the problem continues. If this works correctly, but the radio stays on after shutdown, you can use the dome light output wire to pulse the door trigger through a relay. Cut the Viper's door trigger wire in half. Terminal 87a goes to the Viper side, terminal 30 goes to the vehicle side. Connect 87 to ground. 86 gets constant power and 85 goes to the dome light supervision wire. If you don't have the factory alarm arm wire connected, you could use it instead of the dome light output.
My ex once told me I have a perfect face for radio.
