2019 Ford Escape, Plug and Play Remote Start Kits?

Hi there Guys can any of you pro installers tell me if there are any plug and play kits for a remote start kit for the above vechicle which has the push to start button fitted from the factory ? I ask this as I have seen a few T harness kits that allow this type of upgrades to several outher model cars

yes pretty much all of them now a days has to be flashed. Nice thing about compustar is they don't charge as long as you have the flasher unlike viper who you have to be a dealer to access that stuff. I cant talk on fortin stuff since I have only done one fortin RS so anyone else would need to chime in on that brand. If you wanted Plug and Play* for that car, you could buy an ODB2 Male to Female extender and cut the male end off. Then make the four bypass module to cut end connections with a fuse for the +12V wire. Plug it in and program to the car. If your car didn't have a Factory Alarm system with a Hood Pin, you would need to run a hardwire to a hood pin you installed. If your state inspection includes connecting to the OBD2 port, I don't believe there would be any issue with a disconnect and reconnect on the R/S bypass module. The one thing to note is that all of these modules require a vehicle that has the Remote Start button on the Factory FOB. It's a little "2x" marked button above the Lock button. Fortin makes the EVO-ALL bypass module and has firmware for a Stand-Alone install. Very similar to the ADS AL-CA firmware and install linked above. A DIYer can purchase the FlashLink4 cable and create an account to flash the EVO-ALL. The FlashLink4 cable goes for ~$45 on EBay. Also beware that there are several Hardware Versions of the EVO-ALL. Make sure that the one you purchase is either Ver 6 or Ver 7. Additionally, Fortin has recently instituted a new policy that prohibits flashing modules that are more than 4 years old. The Hardware Version and production date are listed on a white sticker on the module itself. If you buy from a reputable seller and ask questions, you will be fine. * If you wanted stealth and Plug-n-Play, you could get the M-F OBD2 cable and make the necessary bypass module connections in the middle of the harness. Then just pop the factory OBD2 plug out of it's hole and add in your extension T cable.Soldering is fun!
