Have DB3 and smart start installed already. Need to know how i can add long range remotes to this system and what i would need.

looks like its one or the other. The xl202 is the add on antenna kit but it plugs into the same port (d2d) as the smart start. Everything in the RSR manual says "or", like smart start "or" xl202.

"You can connect to either

a XL202 RFTD OR a

SmartStart module.

more information"

33 years as a installer now just a retired old guy. Favorite thing to install/topic are remote starts/car alarms. Stop using test lights!!!
