Hi everyone,
Has anyone had an issue with Ds4 and battery drain?
I installed the ds4 on a 2007 chrysler 300. Added the proximity sensor with the dual shock/temp/tilt sensor.
All seemed to work fine. Until i got the right adjustment, warn away sometimes used to go off many times in the night. No issues the next day.
The other night full alarm was triggered. It went off for the minimum time, 30 seconds maybe. The next day i had to boost my car to get it started.
Once it did start and ran a bit all seemed fine.
Today i set off the alarm and within seconds went to start it and it almost didnt start again.
The day it died i noticed on the instument cluster all settings were back to default.
Any ideas? Attached are basically the only done

have you checked your battery? 30 seconds of a siren going off, will not kill a decent battery

It is a new battery i got in the summer.
I do have a voltage meter on it. It sits between 12.5 and 12.3 while the car is off.
when cranking it drops into the 10 volt range which a quick search shows it as being normal.
