The factory remote start doesn’t allow the parking lights to stay lit when engine is running for the 10 minute run interval. Is there somewhere on a harness that has power so I can add a few LED’s that I can see through the windows to let me know the engine is still running? The only thing that stays lit when vehicle is running are the dash lights. Thanks.

One possible way to do this is to check the fuse box for a fuse that has no power when the CR-V is off and then gets power when the CR-V is running under remote start. There should be a few that exhibit this. Then you could use an "add a fuse"* circuit to power your low current draw LED indicator(s). The only issue is that the LED will probably still be on during normal vehicle operation. You could add a switch to the LED circuit to be able to turn them off when desired.

I had considered this and I suppose I can override the door switch so the car assumes the door is closed while I’m checking fuse circuits.

I took the easy way out with my 2020 Passport and added a Fortin EVO-One R/S system. Parking lights are on when remote started, run time set to 15 minutes and much longer range with added remotes.
