I think i may have accidently activated the alarm on my corolla, and it wont let me turn the car on until its deactivated. When i unlock the doors with the beeper it beeps 4 times instead of 2. How can i unarm the car?

what? you dont know how to disarm your alarm? you could use the override switch if the remote doesnt work, if thats what you are saying...

i know how to unlock it, but its like a different alarm was set. i can get in the car just fine, but it wont let me turn the key. and the alarm light is still on

what is the yr make and model of the car???

do you know if its an aftermarket alarm???

if so what brand??

what does the transmitter look like

also is the red led a push button??
