okay, i have a concept 200 with intellistart 4 on a 99 civic coupe.  there are three wires from the intellistart 4 that provide extended accessory power after the engine is shut down, and the extended power stays on for about 10 minutes or until a door is opened.

i have the 1st wire connected to my IGN2 (yellow) wire, which provides power to my climate controls.  i have a 2nd wire connected to the accessory (WHITE/ black) wire, which provides extended power to my stereo.

if both my climate controls and power windows work when the ignition is turned to the on position, why don't my power windows have extended accessory power as well?

HVAC wires are not usu controlled by ign wires, but by acc wires. The reason the circuits stay powered is b\c when the key is in the on position all acc wires as well as all ign wires are powered. Check your ign harness for the other ign and acc wires and use the outputs from the r\s to power these wires. Remember, when the r\s is activated ONLY the ign and acc circuits you connect to will receive power the others will not energize until the key is turned to the run position.
