The factory alarm kept going off when i tried opening the door with the key so i grounded the GREEN/ Black wire to the chassis and it seems like the alarm is disabled. There is a light that tells me if its on or off and it is off now, but now when i try to roll back the drivers rear window it won't roll down. I tried disconnecting the grounded wire but had the same result.

What went wrong? What can i do to fix the window?

it doesnt go down at all from any of the switches

i don't see how disabling the factory alarm could mess that up either
