Moody Alarm

I have a clifford bullet 4 installed on my accord and recently its been rather pmsy to me. Sometimes it works fine but every once awhile it wont arm properly and when i do i get it to arm it won't disarm. So I end up standing around my car trying to disarm it for 20 min and then out of the blue it works again. At first i thought it was the battery but i recently replaced the battery in the remote and it still happens so im pretty sure its not that. Has this happened to anyone else? Any suggestions on what might be the problem?
