1997 dodge dakota door locks

 i have a 97 dodge dakota that originally came with factory keyless entry. The wiring info that came with the alarm said that those without keyless entry were postive trigger and those with were 5 wire reverse polarity, but other wiring info pages don't say anything about it. Just wanted to see if someone could confirm this.

All I find with DEI is a 1996 then it skips to 2000 so I am assuming nothing changed in the between years. 5 wire system behind the fuse panel. ORANGE / purple is Lock
and Pink/Purple is unlock.
It doesnt say anything about with or without keyless sorry.

lock is postive pulse unlock is 5 wire like the pencile and ken said its pink purple

Hers the dei sheet....it says  with keyless lock is pos(+) and unlock is 5  wire
