I am getting ready to install a design tech remote start on a 2005 equinox. I have the PLXR, and the universal bypass module. Does anyone have experience with these design tech remote starts and equinox's? I called the tech service line and they told me that they have never done a chevy equinox so they have no support to lend me.  thank you for any assistance.

These are easy to do.. All the wires for brake, lights, locks, keysense and passlock are located at the BCM under the radio. The big difference is there is no starter wire. The car will start when the 2 accessory wires drop out and the bypass module kick in.. Be sure to connect the keysense wire or the car will not start.
