car wont start

ok, i tryed installing a thor remote start/alarm system on my 96 cherokee, well, i am no to sure what i did but, when i turn the key, nothing happens and when i hit the start button, the starter trys and keeps cranking but does not turn over, any ideas

Sounds like you may have missed an ignition wire or perhaps switched the ignition wire and the accessory wire. Verify your connections, then if all looks well press start, then quickly put the key in and turn it to the on position (not to start). I say to press start first before turning the key since most starters will not remote start with the ignition on by the key.J Rilla
