I just got done installing a remote start/keyless in a brand new H3. I wound up grabbing the lock wires in the door boot harness (inside the vehicle) are a pain in the ass to grab at that location (light blue and a dark blue) has anyone found an easier place to grab them . dei says in the drivers kick , but i couldnt find them there. or they say in the pass. kick at the BCM. which is also hard to access the wires.

so maybe i was just blind. they are in the drivers kick?
theres really no need for the module when you have regular door lock wires, and you can use a $1 relay and resistor for the PK2

looks like it could have been useful since you could not find the locks and spent more time looking, it only would have taken one wire to databus line !

They are in the driver kick, but it's in the harness that is coming from the driver door boot (easy to get to), I don't think they are in the harness leading to the rear of the vehicle.
