So, we put a compustar remote with bypasskit.com bypass and after a month the door lock switch is not working on the driver's side.  We used the bypass for door lock control so I know resistors are not an issue. Has anyone seen a similar problem?  I came across a trouble similar to this but it had no solution.  Thanks for the help.

Switch isn't working or door lock output from r/s is not working?

This is not the same problem that you have but I had used a doorlock interface & bypass module for a few Chrysler's and the problem that I had was that the door locks now intermittently triggers wether or not the car is running or sitting idle. The only way that I fixed this was to cut the output wire of the lock outputs from the BCM and 5 wired the lock outputs. I tried to program out the auto locking feature and this didn't do anything.

What you will have to do is find the driver's lock and unlock outputs at the BCM and test to see if there's any voltage when triggered. Not sure on the wire colors but it will be in the same harness as the WHITE/ GREEN wire that you tagged for the door lock/unlock wire. BTW,  did you use a relay for the door locks ?
