python 881XP transmitter programming

Sorry if this post has bee asked many times, but I DID do a search before posting.  My question is how do I program a replacement transmitter for a Python 881XP alarm?  I read through the owner's manual many times and no where does it tell you how to program it to control the alarm.  It did however tell me how to use the alarm and what the buttons are for.  I just bought a 2005 Honda S2000 from a used car dealer and it only came with one remote. 

If you guys are able to help me on that question, then how about programming the alarm do do things like auto-arm and, and ignition controlled door lock, (cause I hate it when it locks up when the car starts).  I know there are ways to reprogram the alarm, but I just can't find out where.

any info would be great.
