I just purchased a galaxy 2000rs for my 87 ford bronco ll. I noticed that the brain has several relays inside, but the manual does not list what these relays are for. Does anyone know what these relays are for? Does anyone know the exact wires needed to connect the remote start? Will I need to add a relay for the clutch bypass?

You will need to bypass the clutch.

The relays in the brain are for ignition 1 and 2, starter, accessory, parking lights, etc. You shouldn't have to worry about which relay does what, just wire it per the directions and you'll be fine. In fact, the only time you should have to open the brain is if you are upgrading to the 2-way model, or need a nevative parking light output, which you don't on an 87 bronco. You will have to test this, but I think you can take the modules start output directly to the clutch switch to bypass it. I don't recall if that works on an 87, but I think it does. Test it with a dmm first.
