hey guys

Im tryin to bypass a passlock 2 system and i got a learning bypass.,,,it didnt work.  got another one and it still wont work,,,,ive got it hooked up right(pretty sure)    any suggestions       one is JBS   the other is BULLDOG

i use plxr never had a bad one yet

I use the plxr as well and it's very simple.  You can get the Passlock SL too, I find it even easier and the one module does Passlock 1, 2 , and next gen. Very straight forward. Two wires tap into a single yellow wire at the key cylinder and then it just needs 12 volt,  neg, gwr and ignition. The learning process is so simple too, just follow the directions and your good to go.

I used the Bulldog 791 Bypass on my 03 Suburban and I had no problems.  All I did was start the car up and leave it running for about 5 minutes.  Then the remote starter worked perfect, there was nothing I had to do to make it learn, other than leave the car running.
