I recently bought a 564T and had a coworker install it. He installs DEI products all day long for our work, so I'm confident in his install.
The car is a 99 Toyota Camry, power everything, automatic, with rem. start and NO factory alarm. Audio Express told me I did not need any sort of module, because my original Toyota key did not have plastic on it.
Here's what's going on. I'm usually pretty damned good about arming the system, but lately my mom has been telling me atleast 3 times a week that she notices the car unlocked when she wakes up in the morning. Unlocked, no LED...About half of the time I explicitly remember arming it. Is it possible that the system could be disarming itself, or am I just forgetting to arm it?

Do the Alarm is programed for pasive arming? This way if you forgot to arm it, it will arm by itself 30 seconds after you close the last door.

I can't tell you how many times i've been working on another car or something and hear my alarm arm. I hit the button on the remote while it's in my pocket by accident. I do this a few times a week. Maybe this is what's happening to you?

That's really strange....when you come outside to find the the car unlocked does the two way remote show the "unlock" logo? If so then you must have unlocked it from the keypad...if not then you have a problem with the system.
