Can anyone please walk me through this procedure.. I have found my main harness with my ignition wires; starter wires; battery; accessory

PASSIVE ANTI-THEFT YES TRANSPONDER   SEE NOTES 
 12 VOLTS White & WHITE/ red Ignition harness   + 
 IGNITION BLACK/ red or RED / black Ignition harness   + 
 IGNITION 2 BLACK / YELLOW Ignition harness   + 
 ACCESSORY Blue/red Ignition harness   + 
 STARTER BLACK/ white Ignition harness   + 
 KEY SENSE Blue Ignition harness   - 
 TACH SIGNAL SEE NOTES     
 BLACK/ ORANGE at the ECM behind the glove box, pin-5 of the 22-pin connector (top plug).
 FUEL INJECTOR Opposite from BLACK/ red At any injector on engine   AC 
 LOCK Blue / YELLOW 20-pin plug in driver's kickpanel   - 
 UNLOCK Blue (double pulse) 20-pin plug in driver's kickpanel   - 
 DOORPIN GREEN/ red 12-pin plug on right side of fusebox   - 
 HOODPIN Black In white plug on back of fusebox   - 
 TRUNK PIN Red In White plug on left side of fusebox   - 
 TRUNK RELEASE WHITE/ blue In White plug on left side of fusebox   REV POL 
 You must use a relay and do a 5-wire configuration for trunk release. See the trunk release diagram for details.
 FACTORY ARM Arms with lock wire     
 FACTORY DISARM Disarms with unlock or Keysense     
 BRAKESWITCH GREEN / WHITE 25-pin plug on front of fusebox   + 
 PARKLIGHTS Green 25-pin plug on front of fusebox   + 
 HAND BRAKE RED / white In driver's kick on junction block   - 
 HORN GREEN/ black At steering column   - 
 CLUTCH SWITCH BLACK/ orange At switch on clutch pedal   TYPE 1 
 VSS WIRE Violet/white At ECM behind glovebox    
 VSS on the 2.2L is at pin-8 of the 22-pin connector. On the 3.0L it's at pin-22 of the 28-pin connector.
 TRANSPONDER DATA GREEN / WHITE At the ignition switch   DATA 
 TRANSPONDER CLOCK RED / blue At the ignition switch   DATA 
 TRANSPONDER SYNCHRO Blue / YELLOW At the ignition switch   DATA 
 TRANSPONDER GROUND WHITE/ black At the ignition switch   - 

Heres a start for your education....... theres a LOT more to this car than you might think! Do you have install knowledge?
