I installed a 529T window module so that it closes the sunroof of my 94 Integra when my alarm is armed. However, when I arm my alarm, the sunroof motor runs continuously even after the sunroof is closed. I have the orange wire from the 529T connected to the orange 'ground when armed' wire from my alarm brain. What am I missing here?

Did you diode isolate the orange wire going to the 529T from any other wires going to the orange wire of the alarm (like a starter kill relay?)

I do not have anything else hooked up to the 'ground when armed' output, just the one wire coming from the 529T is connected.

Did you hook the outputs up to the switch wires or the sunroof motor wires?

I'm pretty sure I hooked them up to the motor wires. Correct me if I'm wrong, but hooking them up to the switch wires wouldn't do anything because the switch would still be left open, which would cause the sunroof to not respond at all.
I hooked the wires up as follows, I have a 94 integra coupe:
529T      Car wiring
blue   -> green yellow motor side
brown -> green yellow switch side
green -> green red motor side
white -> green red switch side
