Hi!,
My buddy and I were discussing the negative aspects of not cutting the jumper of the alarm brain on a automatic car. What would happen if the jumper wasn't cut and the car was started?

you would have to go thru the manual tranny sequence of setting the ebrake and what not to get the car to remote start...a headache that you would give yourself why?

I think he was asking a different question,
What would happen is that the car will NOT start if you cut the jumper. You will get a error code of three flashes and then 7 following the three. Which means your not in reservation mode. Doesn't matter if your in a automatic. Its a pretty smart control module.
"dont ground out!"
