your car has a passlock 1 system. When u remote start your car and ur car turns off, check your "ANTI-THEFT" light to the left of th ecluster. if it flashes or is solid, you have not bypassed the passlock properly.

forgot to mention, if you keep remote starting for 3 times, and all are unsucessful, try sticking your key into the cyclinder and TRY starting the car. To determine for sure u bypassed it wrong, this is  what should happen. put key into ignition, all lights will go on; when u crank, nothing will happen. that means u did ur passlock wrong. wait 10 min with the key on ignition, light will stop flashing then proceed.

If you already bypassed the the Passlock system and it still does this then you have either not found the proper tach wire or it did not program properly. Make sure that the system has a solid tach wire programmed to it otherwise it will start and shut down.
